Description: This recall involves Wound Up Tandem Duo Disc bicycle forks manufactured between 6/1/2015 and 12/31/2015.
All these forks are serialized and the bicycle manufacturers these were sold to have been contacted. The fork is
prominently decaled as a Wound Up fork and has a carbon crown and carbon legs. Pertinent serial numbers are attached.
Incidents/Injuries: Advanced Composites, Inc. has received 1 report of a fork failure. There have been no reported injuries.

REMEDY
Consumers should immediately stop using the forks and send them back to Advanced Composites, Inc. for an evaluation.
Advanced Composites, Inc. will pay for return shipping and examine all forks to ensure compliance to specifications.
Forks will be replaced if found to be out of tolerance.
